PTFE FLEXIBLE HOSES WITH SS BRAID

Made from PTFE resins characterised by low permeability and high mechanical strength, the extruded pipes are then coated with high tenacity AISI 304 stainless steel braid.

The PTFE flexible pipes with stainless steel braid are the right solution for carrying steam, gas, fluids and aggressive chemicals for high temperatures and pressures.

The wide range of temperatures that can be reached (from – 73° C to + 260° C) makes our pipes the right solution for countless technical problems in every industrial field.

We have special PTFE resins approved by FDA available, which mean our pipes can be used with food and beverages. The absence of peroxides, found in normal rubber pipes, makes our PTFE pipes the right choice for the automotive and marine industry especially where new green fuels are being used. The very high resistance to brake oil makes them optimal for the motorcycle and racing sector.

We offer different solutions in the range of PTFE pipes with stainless steel:

Convoluted, highly flexible, extruded pipe with Simple or Double sock in Stainless Steel.

Internal sintered PTFE pipe.

The particular structure of PTFE ensures the pipe has excellent permeability values and a high resistance to mechanical stresses.
It has remarkable dielectric and fireproof properties.
