The Nautilus range encompasses every possible application found in offshore operations.
In this photograph, the Nautilus AW 420 FLB hoses are visible, functioning in both delivery and suction. They are used for various applications in the food and beverage industry, in this case, for potable water; to cater to the fuel and oil sector, we have the CA 420 FLB model, which is used for filling and emptying tanks, oil tankers carrying unleaded fuels with limited oxygen content according to CEE regulation 85/536, industrial oils, diesel oils, fuel oils, biodiesel, ethanol, and gasoline.
What unites these two models is their unique nature, robustness, resistance to twisting, and their extreme lightness, mainly due to the multiple layers of expanded polyurethane foam that give the hose body its floating property.
Thanks to the connection made with NoDrop® Breakaway fittings, the line has a total length of 60 meters and a working pressure of up to 20 bars. These Roiter® rubber hoses meet every offshore need, thanks to their specific design.
Ensuring complete safety in fluid transfer is the Made in Italy NoDrop® Break-Away technology, which is installed once the product is completed and inserted halfway between two hoses, allowing safe action in case of detachment without leakage or fluid release, and enabling safe passage in case of high pressure. Their ends, featuring Hammer Union technology (for AW), Dry-Break Couplings (for CA), and stainless steel fittings, are optimized to allow safe and traditional transportation.
The AW 420 hoses are available from ¾” up to 4″, while the CA 420 range from ¾” up to 8″. Contact us for more information!
