as perhaps you have already learned, Matec® Group has recently defined the acquisition of the DACAFLEX and DYNAFLUOR® production site in Varese province, specialized in the large-scale production of high-quality and sophisticated PTFE industrial hoses.
This is actually an initiative in contrast with the general context, because instead of relocating abroad to nations that guarantee a low cost of labor, we decided to invest in our territory and to support the value and the competence of the ‘Made in Italy’. DACAFLEX and DYNAFLUOR® are industrial realities of excellence: with this acquisition, we will allow the safeguarding of current jobs and we will also re-launch its prospects.
On the basis of the industrial development program launched by Matec Group, which expect to close 2022 with an increase in turnover by around 15%, production will gradually be implemented over the next two years with a consequent increase in employment.
Our Group has a sales organization developed in a large part of the world. The acquisition of Dacaflex, and Dynafluor® which is one of the stages of Matec’s progressive expansion and strengthening, will allow us to complete the product range and expand the commercial offer to both current distributors and potential new markets, helping to position Matec Group as a market leading company of the flexible hose sector, thanks to the product portfolio and the wide range of the offer.
